- RDRyan D3 days ago1.0Awful customer service. The automated phone line is terrible over 30 minutes just to pay my loan payment and I still didn't get through. Maybe I'll try again tomorrow simply awful.

As soon as I have paid it I am closing my accounts and will never bank with Hughes again after this experience. All over a $30 fee Hughes, do better. Unbelievable.

She explained all our options clearly while setting it up for us and we were able to walk out with the debit card ready to go. Hugh’s Credit union has everything you need for your banking needs, they have many branches across Tucson for ATM or walk-in branches. I would highly recommend this Credit Union.
