- RFRick Flores3 days ago1.0Waited over 15 minutes on the phone to talk to an agent. They say it's due to high call volume but it's the same every time. Someone then picked up and did not say a word and hung up. The truthis they are too cheap to pay enough agents! Do yourself a favor and find an organization with better customer service.
