- LJLoki JarJul 24, 20251.0They overcharged my account by well over $100, refused to admit their mistake but corrected it, then reapplied the same charge a few days after I cleared it up. They could not give me a reason for the charge, just kept transferring me to different people who didn't know why there was a charge and they told me "the easiest way to remove it is to just pay it, even though it's not a legitimate charge." They pulled the money out of my savings without asking to cover the fee, I recieved a statement saying the new balance was $5 which i was going to just give them but when I called to pay, suddenly the new balance is $280. I haven't even used it! How did we go from $5 to $280 in 3 days when there are no fees on this card? They didn't know that either but once again "its easiest to remove if you just pay it, we understand its not a legitimate charge, we're sorry." They are in the business of taking your money and they don't even know why.
