From the start, she was welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She guided me through the entire account opening process with patience and care, answering all of my questions clearly and making sure I understood every detail. Ivette made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and comfortable. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out. This is completely ridiculous. Update: Unable to resolve my issue in drive thru after extensive waiting. Told no bankers available at this branch until next week! Avoid this place, go to a local credit union.
