  Never come here again i been 12 years Wells Fargo customer I always get my documents notary at wells fargo never had issues im really disappointed with bold guy with grey beard works here who refused to notary my documents giving me nonsense excuses that my documents cant be notary at this branch of wells fargo cause we don’t notary this type of documents after that i went to other branch of wells fargo at alma school street the guy who worked there notary my documents with no issue check my ID did his job and Im good still don’t know why this guy refused to notary my documents in this branch very disappointed with service and i did waited there for 45 minutes for nothing

  I recently opened a checking account at the Wells Fargo branch on Lakeshore & Baseline, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience—thanks to Ivette. From the start, she was welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She guided me through the entire account opening process with patience and care, answering all of my questions clearly and making sure I understood every detail. Ivette made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and comfortable. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out. I felt valued and respected as a customer, and I left the branch completely satisfied with my decision to bank with Wells Fargo. Thank you, Ivette, for your outstanding customer service.   Only drive through open. My business was not able to be done at drive through. Sacrificing service to make budget!. No good! Plenty of people looking for jobs

  Poor demeanor and personal skills from the branch manager ( female co manager). Very dismissive to concerns and not warm..... her judgement was poor in managing .... my concern left me feeling like she really didn’t care.... also it’s just a feeling you get from her that rubs me the wrong way....... I’m sure Wells Fargo can do better than her.... for her own sake and Wells Fargo perhaps she could have additional training or another position.
