I owed $838 with Turbo. When I picked up my package at H&R I owed $1,800 to Uncle Sam. I was thankful I had gone back to Turbo. My mistake was in mistaking an instruction. How could they use my same numbers and have such a different outcome? Of course I really did not have to pay them but since the girl was new I did. She had spent her time on it. I did let her know the difference.
