- RMRyan MNov 14, 20251.0I used to like them but now with the changes they made it's becoming more and more frustrating dealing with this place. Things were tight and I checked my account every day to make sure I didn't spend to much and cause my account to overdraft but after 2 weeks of them not processing charges out and showing a accurate balance on my account two small charges came in and caused my account to overdraft. They ended up charging me almost 30 dollars for each charge that day and didn't even give me 24 hrs to get my account out of the negative before they hit me with charges. I called them about this and they would only remove one charge. Among many other issues I had a company charge my account but not send me the product so I filed a claim with them to get my money back and I was denied even though it was a legitimate request to have my money refunded. This place is just not the same any more and the issue keep piling up. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Always greeting with a smile and hellos, that don't feel forced. The gentleman who wears a vest all the time(who's name I don't know). Sometimes offers bottles of water.
