Too slow, my appointment was at 9 am and they said they wont provide services if arrived after 9:05 so i was there early, but guess what i had to wait unti 9:15 as they are stil settling up things here and there to open the bank. No proper cabins no privacy just a table.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this in person location. They’ve helped me numerous times getting my card reactivated and with deposits. The staff is always kind and professional!

Midfirst Bank came to my orientation at ASU university. They offered a $100.00 bonus if you open a bank account with them that day. I spoke with them after the presentation and gave the guy my application. He stated he would come back in a few hours to help me make my initial deposit and get me my bank card. The representative never returned and I had to go days later into the bank at ASU to speak with the manager about why my application was not processed. He apologized several times and said he would make it right. He helped me get my card and stated I would receive more information via email or mail and I never did. I setup direct deposit and waited. They told me I would get the $100.00 a week after and it never came. The lady on the phone said I would get the bonus, I would just need to wait 4 weeks. I waited and still no bonus. I called today and they are refusing to give me the bonus. I advised the manager when I went in to the office I told them I would NOT open this account if I could no longer get this bonus. He clarified several times he would take care of me and not to worry.
Midfirst Bank is incredibly disappointing. Taking advantage of college students is not the way to do business. I will be speaking to ASU directly about their conduct. If you're considering this bank just go somewhere else. All the people here care about is metrics and numbers.
