However, my interaction with your complaints investigator, Jerry Cole, was even more troubling. Mr. Cole handled my concerns with a complete lack of professionalism. During our phone call, he abruptly ended the conversation without explanation and failed to provide any follow-up or resolution regarding my complaint. This conduct is unacceptable, particularly from someone tasked with addressing serious client concerns. At a minimum, clients deserve to have their issues acknowledged and investigated with transparency and respect. Jerry Cole’s behavior not only failed to meet this standard — it further undermined any confidence I might have had in Edward Jones’ internal accountability processes. Given the seriousness of our complaint and the pattern of evasive behavior both from our former advisor and now from the complaints department, we will be escalating this matter to the appropriate regulatory authorities.
