- TTTricia “Trish”Oct 27, 20251.0I think it's absolutely ridiculous in 2025 that they need to see my face in a camera at the bank. That is literally what they told me at the drive-thru today. I'm absolutely shopping for another credit Union. Maybe they should focus more on making sure they accurately get people's money into their account versus seeing what they look like on camera. They had my debit card and my driver's license. They knew who I was based on that. And when I asked for an explanation why the teller told me it was because I wouldn't want somebody else depositing money into my account which made no sense. I think if you want to see my face, we should have your faces on camera so we can see you as well since you're handling our money. I think what I'm saying is it's time to find a new credit Union.
