- JNJulie NeffNov 11, 20251.0We went there last week and needed a notary. The notary rushed us and said certain parts weren't for him to sign. They all said notary. We got the email today saying the papers aren't complete because he didn't sign them. We also wanted to sit for five minutes and get the paperwork in order. He said no because he has appointments. We sat in the lobby and the guy didn't have a single appointment. He went and spoke to a female banker and then sat in his office. I've never had such poor customer service at Wells Fargo. We will be going to a different location for a different notary to finish our paperwork. Update: we went to the UPS store at Dysart and Camelback. If you ever need a notary, go there. The lady actually read the instructions. At Wells Fargo, the notary did not do that and he started using blue ink, when it said use black ink. His stamp wasn't pressed down correctly, resulting in a smudge, and apparently the home loan place is very strict about it.

Don't go to that bank, it doesn't work. They are incompetent. Her name was Keyla.
