Our account was debited twice by a company that we deal with every month. She didn't dismiss me, but, she stayed with me while I spoke with the company involved. Ms. Janelle gave me the go ahead to resolve my issue. She didn't spoon fed me, which I truly appreciated. She was attentive and got involved when needed to speak and make sure that the party involved was made aware that a bank officer was present to advise. Thank tou for having wonderful staff serving the community where most clients are seniors. These staff are young and fully aware of their roles. They are professional, kind and thoughtful. Thank you 😃❣️❣️
- SOSherry OwensJun 5, 20251.0I’ve waited in line for 10 minutes to reach a teller. They only have one open and working. The ATM isn’t working and now the line of people is up to 6 people. Everyone is irritated in line. The second teller sitting at the desk was helping someone they left for 5 minutes she doesn’t help anyone else and then the customer shows up again. Clearly they needed to see the banker in the office. The customer service at this branch is awful and slow.
