You wait on the phone for iver 10 minutes to reach anyone. And if you message support in the app, the follow up is horrible and there's no real support or solution given. It's disappointing. I live over an hour and a 1/2 away from the nearest branch. I have to do most things online, and when you don't get that support, it's really frustrating.
