For example, do purchases also include using the Card to pay a monthly bill. I have never had to call so many numbers to get someone to answer. Supposedly I called a number that handles credit cards and after waiting 25 minutes, I decided it wasn’t worth my time. No wonder the reviews for Wells Fargo are so bad.

The cashier mentioned that she had never withdrawn that much at one time and asked what she was using it for. She then proceeded to say that there are a lot of scams out there so she wanted to make sure she was safe from that. My mom told her and then she asked a couple of further questions. Some people might say it is none of her business, but I am very grateful that she cares enough about her elderly customers and took the time to ask. She noticed something out of the ordinary and asked! Thank you for taking good care of my parents!
