- BMBrian MartinNov 24, 20251.0WELLS FARGO SUCKS! Went in to WELLS FARGO in Snowflake AZ to cash a check drawn on WELLS FARGO. Since I didn't have an ACCOUNT at WELLS FARGO I was told I would have to PAY WELLS FARGO $10 before WELLS FARGO could cash the check and give me MY MONEY! THAT'S ROBBERY! PAYING SOME INSTITUTION FOR WHAT RIGHTFULLY IS YOURS. OH, THEY SAID IF I OPEN AN ACCOUNT, I WOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY THE $10. TO ME, THAT'S SOUNDS A WHOLE LOT LIKE EXTORTION. LAST I HEARD, ROBBERY AND EXTORTION WERE CRIMES!

She helped me like she's been doing her job for years. She listened closely to what I needed and you don't get that now a days at places. She welcomed me in, helped me, talked to me & my husband, and told me to have a blessed day after asking if i needed any other help. I will return and let others know about this bank.
