I transferred my Simple IRA from my old employer to Edward Jones and Cheryl made the transition super simple, and best of all it cost me nothing to complete! Cheryl explains everything in detail, using analogies that can easily be understood. I recently had to withdraw my IRA and sent a message via the website and Cheryl was on the phone with me within minutes explaining the process and what I could expect as far as taxes go. DeAnn sent everything to me via secure mail to sign, the process was quick and simple. I will be talking to Cheryl again later this year to discuss my future retirement options and needs. I will never go anywhere else!

SHE DID NOT OWN HER MISTAKE, INSTEAD, SHE CLOSED MY ACCOUNTS, DID NOT INFORM ME OF THE CLOSURE. WHEN CONTACTED, SHE MADE THE COMMENT, "NEXT TIME, I WILL EXPLAIN MYSELF BETTER." MY REPLY WAS SIMPLY, "THERE WILL BE NO NEXT TIME." DO NOT LET THE 'PENTECOSTAL PATTY' LOOK DECEIVE YOU AS IT DID ME.
