- LCLuke CarverDec 30, 20255.0Kassy is amazing!!! I get her everytime I come in and she has always been so kind. Her style is impeccable and a really refreshing vibe from the average banker. I actually look forward to coming to the bank. She always is kind to my dog. I had an issue with a lost check in the mail. She has handled it amazingly. This was a delicate situation for me with my business and I appreciate her care and have watched her the whole process. The banker instructing us on what to do over the phone didn’t give her all the information and I know that cause I was there. So even though things are still being resolved I am still happy because I know that no matter what I am safe and money is safe with her. Thanks girl for banking in style and making me feel safe with Wells Fargo!
- MMMichael McKayDec 5, 20255.0Layla is the absolute best. She goes out of her way to help every time I visit the branch; whatever I need -- to send wires, withdrawals, currency, etc. she helps. Alex is also amazing. He is my go to banker. Alex remembers all my information and even helps my children at the bank. The level of service is unlike anything I've ever experienced at a bank. I won't go to any other Wells Fargo branch. You shouldn't either. Layla and Alex are the best. Don't settle for less. You're welcome.

- MDMichael DouglasMar 12, 20181.003/09/18. Teller deposited business check in personal account. Next day I call to correct it told by service manager it will be reversed Monday. Service manager never followed up so I call back told by banker transaction cannot be reversed only adjusted. Will never go back to this branch. Sheer incompetence.
