There has been alot of construction going on the past couple years that has made it hard to get in & out for customers. The drive thru teller machines have been closed for a long time and makes it very inconvenient. Hopefully this will be corrected soon. I'm sure this is difficult for their employees also.

The teller was super nice, but whoever the manager was talking to me was super unprofessional. Saying the reason I wasn’t called was because I didn’t have an appt there, as well as saying he can’t just make someone appear out of thin air. But Then when I pulled up the app to make another appt later in the day after being told they were fully booked he told me I could select that time that was available but it might not happen. Whatever that means? Either way, when it comes to someone being stressed financially, prolly not the best time to try and crack jokes about making employees appear. I left feeling really dumb and won’t ever come back to this location.
