  went to this bank to cash some checks, 3 people in the office. 2 standing around doing what appeared to be nothing. 1 greeted me asked what I needed, I stated cash some checks. "we can't do that right now, the teller is busy opening a new account"... I ask, how long that would take. "about an hour", I ask can't you cash these for me. "NO". I state what good are you here then, put my hands in the air with discuss and left shaking my head it disbelief. I would have given ZERO, but would not let me post

  I was the victim of a fraudulent transaction that occurred through my Wells Fargo credit card and checking accounts. After many months of correspondence and meetings with bank staff and officials, it was Mr. Lorenzo Padilla, Manager at the Scottsdale, AZ, Pima Rd branch, who was the most instrumental in assisting me to achieve any sort of resolution. Due to the exceptional amount of time, resourcefulness and expertise he invested as my case manager, I can finally claim a significant level of satisfaction in how my fraud related issues were resolved. More than this, I am grateful to him for demonstrating compassion, empathy and respect for me as a person.
