I drove one mile over to Bank of America right after. No appointment needed, and had my new business account set up in about 15 minutes. The contrast in service was night and day. Wells Fargo made it feel difficult to start a relationship, while BoA made it simple and efficient.

We had to wait for a banker to become available but we weren't waiting for long and we were reassured that help was on the way so it didn't feel like we were forgotten. The branch manager was actually the one who helped us and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Would definitely recommend this branch. Parking is easy and with the various entrances/exits in the shopping center its easy to go any direction out of here.
