  I had a positive interaction here on my recent visit. Andrea and Hailey helped me, and I was very pleased with the service they provided. I was in/out of the branch quickly, and I had all of my needs addressed. Highly recommend this branch, and kudos to both of them for their excellent customer service.

  Service at this branch has hit an all time low. I used to frequent this place and enjoyed coming here almost weekly. Everything has changed and not for the better. Today I found out that the safety deposit boxes ownership and box numbers have been ‘jumbled’ and mixed up to the point that they have no idea who owns which box. Comforting as that may sound, you won’t get any empathy from the Manager, as he may as well have been an expressionless button that spits out corporate BS. I couldn’t hear anymore of it and asked him to step away. Sadly, this is why I do my main banking elsewhere. What a mess.

  I recently visited the Wells Fargo branch to have an important document notarized regarding my late son’s property. Earlier that day, I had gone to Bank of America and was met with dismissive and unhelpful treatment, which made an already difficult situation even harder. When I came to Wells Fargo, Liz Rivera provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. From the moment I walked in, Liz greeted me with genuine kindness and empathy. She listened patiently to my situation, offered clear guidance, and treated me with respect throughout the process. She even offered me water and made sure I felt comfortable while everything was prepared. The entire appointment was quick, professional, and handled with great care. In less than ten minutes, I had everything I needed. I am truly grateful for the compassion and excellent service Liz showed me. Her professionalism and thoughtfulness made a hard day a little easier. Thank you, Liz, and the Wells Fargo team for setting such a high standard of customer care.

  Went to 3 different branches to open a business account. No bankers available at any location. Finally I make an appointment at this branch for 3pm I show up for my appointment on time and I'm told my "appointment was not confirmed in their system and someone else took the slot" what kind of an excuse is that to give a customer when I walked in the branch and made the appointment with a bank representative. Complete waste of my time

  worst place for the customer service at drive thru, after teller done the transaction not even talk to customer. I do not even know she is done . Very rude
