- JGJamie Local GuideSep 5, 20241.0Terrible location and bankers that could really care less. I had an appointment today at 12 PM. The banker called me at 11:19 to say that she didn't know how to open business accounts and asked me to reschedule. I also had a need to open a personal account (4 accounts total). You just lost one personal and 3 business accounts by not working with the customer to obtain the information to start the accounts and schedule the banker for business behind you.. You'd rather just lose the customer, so lazy! Wells fargo, maybe you need to step up the pay and quality of bankers.
