They say that they are following company policy on check cashing and releasing funds when per customer service releasing funds is at the banks discretion. He is also very rude and had attitude about having to open an account. I would not go to this branch.

You would think when one asks for a temp replacement card and the bank will not provide one, that when ordering a new one they would put a rush request on it. NOOOOOO....4 DAYS LATER you will get told it is going to take 7-10 business days. I made 5 phone calls to this bank to get this rectified and could never get help from one single person. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
