In all honesty that was the most pleasant bank experience I’ve had. If you’re a small business owner or in the food industry in Scottsdale, I highly suggest making an appointment with Brandon.
PS nobody asked me to say this:)

I would like to give a shout out to Freddy Rojas he was calm, collective, and very professional throughout the transaction. He added in some personal conversation which was nice to have a normal conversation and not talk so much about banking. What a great guy!

Went into this branch to update accounts with my elderly cousin. Found out we needed my cousin's wife with us. We were 25 min. from his home, so Brandon Adams said 'just give me a call back ane we'll set up an appt.' Got back to my cousin's place and found a time that would work for all of us. Called Brandon back and left a message on his voice mail with my contact info etc. etc. Never heard back, so I called again and left another message. I also sent an email and no reply. So I called the general number for that branch and a woman answered and she said she would schedule an appt. for me and placed me on hold. I held for 10-12 minutes and gave up. So I got on line and tried to schedule an appt. but that system was not working or at least no appts showed avail for the next entire week. Its now two days later and nothing. Real great experience. Don't walk, run to another competitor bank!

I recently opened several accounts, I called this location to ask a fairly routine question. I was told I would get a call back. I called back later in the day and was told the same thing and no one ever called me back. Not a great way to start a relationship.
