They offer much more but those things were what I initially needed. I wasn’t expecting the exceptional level of service that waited for me at Flagstar. At this branch, Nate, Natalia, and Ty were just incredible! (I’m sure everyone is but these team members are with whom I interacted with the most.). I was met with people who know their products and could help me discern which were best for me. They worked diligently to get my assets transferred and kept me apprised of when they arrived. They wanted me to be informed about my assets and it’s comforting to know they care about me. The communication is excellent, the service is first class, and the team is knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. It’s so welcoming to walk into a bank where you are greeted by your name when you enter. The team knows who you are at Flagstar, they know what you need, and they help you reach your goals. I’ve had accounts at several banks over the years, from large national banks to smaller local banks. I’ve never received the level of service I receive at Flagstar. I’m thrilled they’re my bank.
