There is usually another lady there I can’t remember her name, she was not there this time but she is excellent and super helpful, very accommodating every time I’ve come in and has recognized me as a regular. A girl name Anel is who I had to work with this time around and she possessed none of those qualities that I have grown accustomed to. Very upset with the service this time around.

I was told it’s because they don’t have enough demand for drive up services, but I often see people waiting in one or both of the two lanes. The closure of drive up services makes it so much more difficult for anyone running errands with kids or elderly in the car. Especially with the heat of the summer approaching, this closure makes no sense. Maybe they will realize when the indoor lines are longer than people are willing to wait, and they lose customers.
