- SSSierra SmithDec 1, 20231.0I have been a Wells Fargo customer since I have been 16 years old, I am now 25 and can say I have never been so disrespected and disappointed at a location I am considering not using them as my bankers anymore. I went into this location to pull out money from the ATM in the store. As I was trying to remove my money, $80 was jammed in the machine. I let a banker know about the problem, then was yelled at by an older woman with red curly hair to get out of line and call the number on my card and leave without my $80 that was still stuck, through the glass door mind you, with a line of other customers behind me. I never felt so embarrassed and upset at a place I've been banking with for years.
