This branch is local to me and that’s important. Convenient business hours and great customer service. Brad is the best.
Keep up the good work.

I have been banking with Midfirst for over 20 years. I have always been satisfied with the personal and professional experiences with Midfirst personnel. Though I rarely go into the branch, I did this time because I had to link my checking and savings account together. When I spoke with the personal banker, he noticed my savings balance and recommended a different type savings account that could earn me more interest. I was overjoyed that someone would take the time to notice that and offer me a better option. I would highly recommend Midfirst Bank to anyone wanting that extra personal touch that the bigger financial institutions do not offer.

A gentle man who makes cards is a saint and I’m truly sorry that he works at a midfirst with bad customer service from the front women. I’ve never had a problem at any midfirst trying to cash or deposit my check no matter what the amount in my account was. The first girl just couldn’t help me and if that’s the rules that’s fine. But the second women Sharon was rude and yes she helped me after repeatedly saying she was making an exception and giving me advice. I came to cash my check not for you to tell me to try getting direct deposit when I’ve tried and my employer is playing with my checks. I just thought it was extremely rude and unprofessional definitely will not be going back to this midfirst ever again!!
