The managers always seem on a power trip, never want to actually help and are condescending and Emily has been rude just about every time I've gone up to her. I've had the worst experiences here than any other bank I've ever banked with. I'm over this branch, I'm taking my banking needs somewhere else.

And yes, if you recommend someone to use their bank, and they give them your full name, you do get paid for recommendations. I use different locations and all the staff at all locations are courteous helpful and very pleasant. 😍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
