    Im personally disgusted in how this branch conducts their business. My family have been Wells Fargo customers for many many years over 25 and today I met my mother at this Branch which I have done many times to discuss some finance options. I arrived late they would not let me go sit with my mother and instead of asking any questions they proceeded to call the police for supposed financial abuse they did not take the time to get all of the details of our personal financial situation and why my mother and I had come in which the officer did and completely understood the situation. So to say that they made themselves look like fools is an understatement I believe that they made a prejudice judgment against me because I am a black woman and my mother a small white woman who is at a point where she is struggling to keep her finances straight and instead of embracing a mixed family they took it upon themselves to Make a boldly disgusting statement with their actions today nor did I receive any type of apology for this so-called misunderstanding also, I would like to note that I am the only daughter she has that lives in state so I am personally responsible for her well-being.

    I was told by a teller I cannot withdraw coinage if I'm not a retailer. Nowhere in their website does it say this, and other locations make no issue of it. They're understaffed and clearly trying to get people out the door instead of doing their jobs.

    This bank absolutely could use new management and possibly retrain tellers on customer service etiquette. Great location with huge customer traffic, it would be a great disservice to the community if WF continued this level of service. Concerned WF member since 1996

    This location is super annoying. Doesn’t have a drive-through ATM. Spent 5+ minutes getting cash out with the drive up teller. Very inconvenient.
