  Wells Fargo Customer service is terrible. They just don’t care, must be why so Wells Fargo branches have closed. Awful customer service.

  I visited the Wells Fargo branch in Prescott Valley off Highway 69 to open a business account and was disappointed by the lack of availability. There was no representative available to speak with regarding business banking services. For a community with many small and growing local businesses, it’s important that financial institutions provide accessible support for entrepreneurs who are looking for a safe, reliable place to manage their earnings. Unfortunately, this experience felt dismissive of the needs of small business owners trying to invest back into the local economy. I hope this location considers improving staffing and availability for business clients, as strong local banking relationships are essential to supporting economic growth in our community.

  Update*** None of this was ever resolved and they continued there assault on me by also calling Adult protective services which was a waste of the states time as they literally found nothing wrong hmm maybe because she's my mother I live with her and I would never abuse her. The manager needs to be removed.**** Im personally disgusted in how this branch conducts their business. My family have been Wells Fargo customers for many many years over 25 and today I met my mother at this Branch which I have done many times to discuss some finance options. I arrived late they would not let me go sit with my mother and instead of asking any questions they proceeded to call the police for supposed financial abuse they did not take the time to get all of the details of our personal financial situation and why my mother and I had come in which the officer did and completely understood the situation. So to say that they made themselves look like fools is an understatement I believe that they made a prejudice judgment against me because I am a black woman and my mother a small white woman who is at a point where she is struggling to keep her finances straight and instead of embracing a mixed family they took it upon themselves to Make a boldly disgusting statement with their actions today nor did I receive any type of apology for this so-called misunderstanding also, I would like to note that I am the only daughter she has that lives in state so I am personally responsible for her well-being.
