- TRTrish RogersAug 6, 20255.0Today we visited with Julian Dupraw-Church at the National Bank of Arizona in Prescott Valley, Arizona. She assisted us a year or so ago and we were so impressed with her services, we made another appt. with her for today. I have POA for my brother as he has had a stroke and needs assistance with such things as his banking. He can be short tempered because of his short term memory loss. She exudes such kindness in helping us and has the patience of a saint all the while exhibiting professionalism and knowledge of the tasks at hand. It seems that in many cases these days, customer service is a thing of the past. But Julian really takes the time to solve our banking issues. She is an asset to this bank and we just wanted to acknowledge how much we appreciate her helping us. Yours, T. Rogers
