When I came to AZ, I needed to open a checking account, I went to 3 financial institutions, and all 3 had some excuse why they couldn't take my cash and open an account for me. I made an appointment with Cole and he had no issues opening an account for me. When I stop in to do some transactions, everyone is always accommodating, and always go the extra mile to take care of my business. They all do it in a friendly manner and are always polite.

- JFJoy FiguieredoNov 14, 20255.0I just had to write this review, I was helped today by Victor I can not say enough he was absolutely amazing such a nice guy, he was on the phone helping me for a really long time because I couldn’t get it together lol he straight walked me through how to clear cookies he was so incredibly patient with me I felt so bad and apologized to him and he said “I’m doing my job to help you” he assured me that I was not a bother at all, he really genuinely wanted to make sure I got done what I called about. I was so happy that he helped me because I couldn’t figure it out on my own. Victor is an all around great guy. I can not thank DFCU enough for having great team members like him. My advices is you get an account here you will NOT be disappointed. The automated system is not annoying at all it gives you the option to speak to a live person right away, you know so many companies do whatever they can to avoid getting a live person on the phone. A+++
