I understand if youre busy, but atleast tell me what i need to do next to make this happen. The lady was rude. I closed that account and ended up going across the street to bank of America and opened an account there. Wells Fargo lost a customer. Not like the care, wf cant even run that branch correctly. That was really unreal.
