I made an online appointment to this branch after 2 failed appointments with another branch to reopen a trust account. Kaila called me within 10 minutes of making an online appointment on a Saturday to see what I needed help with. After explaining my situation to her, she assured me that she would be able to help. Kaila is professional and made the process easy and seamless. 10 out of 10 service!!! Thank you Kaila!

WellsFargo update your app to allow me to renew my CD online instead of this in person specific window b.s. It’s frustrating, inconvenient, and totally unnecessary. I have been jerked around the last 3 times I’ve tried to renew my CD in person. It makes me want to pull all my money and go to a different bank.

In 2 years, I've never been to this branch on a weekend where there wasn't at least six people in line and waited at least 15 minutes for a simple deposit to a client account. Customer service is really good, but the lack of planning is a big downfall for this branch. The chic fil a leadership could teach this team a thing or two, about long lines
