  Bad customer service. Only two tellers for more than 12 customers in line; A lady from a school PTO with a time deposit, and another person from a business with some large deposits. Another teller taking care of the drive thru. They were really busy, but management did nothing to solve the problem. The other bank in Ahwatukee Foothills close at 4. They can easily solve issues if the other 4 people working in the computer stop a little bit and help their coworkers as tellers and everything works better; Just a point of view.

  I’ve never been in the lobby for less than a 20 minute wait. Absolutely horrible service. Would rather go to the DMV. 2.7 review is extremely generous.

  Customer for 20 + yrs and worked for Wells 97-08. Wanted too move funds from our savings to CD. On line said we need to prove our identity??? Went to branch, Kimberliegh has us sit down. After 10 min she says she has another appointment in 20 min and no time for us to complete the questionnaire. We gave her all our id's, so don't understand. She wants us to come back in an hour. Told her we have an appointment and can't she just do it now. NO and the others sitting around were supposedly booked too. EVIDENTLY WELLS DOES NOT WANT OUR MONEYON DEPOSIT AMYMORE. we will go somewhere that still understands Customer service and courtesy

  The BEST branch of Wells Fargo in Arizona. Especially Kathe Munyan...she is friendly, extremely helpful and is definitely the reason I continue to use Wells Fargo and this branch. Every time I am there I am given excellent, quick service by not only the wonderful tellers but the entire branch!
