However when there are long lines out the door and there are only two tellers the employees that are sitting at desks with other employees talking about their weekend plans with no customers at their desks , you would think one of them would get up and help bring the customer line down. Last time I was there I kid you not there were about 10 people in line two tellers working their butts off with customers who had many transactions. Come on pay attention customers are important and this banks customer service needs some work.

One answer is that they can't break anything over $20 without an account number. The other teller will break a hundred, no questions asked. Very inconsistent and I'm not sure why you waste my time.
