- STSonya TAug 26, 20251.0First off I walked in no greet from anyone, other people walk in while I'm waiting and they ALL get greeted very nicely.... I had an appointment with Joe at 10 am. So I wait there a good 30 mins while his with another client....absolutely nobody comes to tell me anything. He is also right in front of me in his office, no "I'll be right with you" or anything so I left.... what is the purpose of making an appointment then??? And if you go in without an appointment they can't take you!! But you sure can wait a whole hour for them for all they care!! Worst branch I've been to. Ohh and no call back from anyone to even give another appointment, they know very well I left.

Wells Fargo was convenient option and I'm truly thankful Laura the Branch manager. She takes my calls and assists me within min of my needs when other branches are unable to help. It's been 3 years and truly I would never consider a different bank unless she left. If I could leave a 10 star review I would. Very Greatful for the outstanding customer service
