  Wells Fargo process for receiving a new physical debit card is absolutely horrible. If you lose your card you do not have the option of going into the bank and getting a new physical card. You have to request the replacement card online or the phone. The option of receiving a digital card is NOT available for all cards and you may have to wait 24 to 48 hours to receive the replacement digital card to add to your digital wallet if it is eligible !So you have to wait 1 to 2 days on top of the 5 to 7 days to receive a new physical card. Taking away the option of going to the bank to pick up a physical card is a stupid mistake. They have ready card machines that convert cash to a ready card. Wells Fargo could use machines like those as long as the customer has their required information to process a physical card to use until they receive their physical replacement card. Who ever is in charge and made this horrendous decision should be FIRED. You obviously don't care about your customers. People work and don't necessarily have the time to go to the bank or wait for a digital system that doesn't work.

  My wife had a terrible experience at this branch. The manager Roberto was rude and condescending and lied directly to her. We started a new account, with a very large initial deposit of well into 5 figures. We explained that we need a large cash withdrawal for a potential boat purchase. Roberto said this would be no problem and ENSURED us we could have access to our money, and we set up a specific date for pickup of withdrawal. We show up to pick up the money, and he says it's not possible to withdraw the amount we previously discussed. He isn't apologetic. He's pompous and dismissive, won't give us our money and admits that he lied to us. He says it's too much to withdraw in cash contradicting himself from the week prior. He lied and continued to lie in person. This branch has terrible service from the leadership to the tellers. Avoid like the plague. Look at the 1 star reviews. Corporate desperately needs to clean house at this location. We're taking our money across the street to Bank of America. I believe you should do the same

  NO VENGAS A ESTE BANCO, Si tienes un niño con algún espectro autista o alguna discapacidad, por que te van a decir que te retires, que solo quieren silencio, ni siquiera son para preguntar si pasa halgo o tratar de ser amable con tu hijo. Solo te dicen vete del banco y regresa cuando se porte bien el niño.
