- NRNikki RamirezAug 2, 20251.0Yesterday I walked in to try and get assistance on my accounts. I had tried other locations and wasnt able to be seen so this was my second attempt. I scanned the QR code and waited the women walking around with the tablet tried to convince me to leave saying it will be over an hour wait as appointments come first. While waiting I go on the website to check out the appointment slots and the next available shows 3days out!!! This is bizarre what happened to a clip board sign in and wait to be seen. Every location I walked into had very few workers. The women that said it would be an a hour wait sat at the desk doing nothing for 30 mins. A second women was walking around asking the same questions a whole lot doing nothing and chatting with eschother. Im switching to credit union this is horrible service. You should be able to get assistance as a walk in. We ended up leaving and im glad we did as they removed us several hours later.
- 1110opingSep 3, 20241.0I have been banking with Wells Fargo for so many years, and it’s been a long time since I have come to a branch in a while, and ima say service it’s very horrifying , all I needed was a single piece of paper that one of the employee could print out for me , and he straight out told me no , the customer service here it’s just getting worse and worse, and all he’s doing is sitting down doing nothing while allot of people are just standing in a long time even after closing hours . Chase bank honestly has way better customer service then this bank , that’s it’s declining to a POS

- DODominique OnealAug 17, 20221.0Every time I come in the bank no matter what day it is there is always only two tellers which gives everyone longer wait times for simple transactions, also it’s very clear the cater to Spanish speaking customers first and in a more friendly manner , I was in before two gentlemen and was told to wait as she greeted and help h‘em then came to help me , this by far is my least favorite location
