I needed a notary for something that takes 3 minutes top and there was no one in the bank. The teller comes back and tells me she working on something for the bank not with a customer. Now I’ve been a customer for 20 years and every time I’ve I go to this bank it’s a horrible experience. Get it together Wells yall don’t even acknowledge me when I dropped the boys and girls club deposit.

She basically pawned me off to another location. Didn't even try to help me. I then called another location and spoke with a more than helpful person by the name of Yasmin's who went above and beyond. She also gave me helpful hints on what to do so I might not have to go through this again. She deserves 10 stars.
