  Useless Wells Fargo branch. They can’t help you with anything and waste your time.

  I went into this branch yesterday, 10/6, for 2 rolls of quarters, and was told by the teller that the bank was out of quarters, and I was directed to go to the branch at Dunlap. Since I had just come from that direction, and didn’t want to backtrack, I went home and figured I’d try again today. I found it odd that a bank didn’t have quarters, but accepted that things happen, although it was an inconvenience for me. Today I returned to the Glendale branch for my quarters, and lo and behold, still no quarters at this branch! I thought for sure they would have re-stocked! With the same blank stare I got from the teller yesterday, I was once again told that Glendale and 7th St was a “smaller branch.” Again I was directed to the Dunlap branch, where I was able to get not only my quarters, but excellent and friendly customer service! Now, mind you, I’m disabled, and although I am able to get around slowly, it is challenging for me to keep getting in and out of my car and in and out of buildings. I also found it interesting that while I was waiting in line at the Glendale and 7th Street branch, that the customer in front of me was also being directed to the Dunlap branch for a reason that was unknown to me. I’m not an unreasonable person. It just seems to me that banks should have change available, and two days in a row, not being able to get my banking needs taken care of without a runaround, was very frustrating. Needless to say, I’ll be using the Dunlap branch moving forward.

  Was told any check can be deposited over the phone or through the ATM that no matter what it will accept 3 times I tried to deposit checks they won’t accept them it has to be over the counter due to security purpose seems like bankers are just trying to find a way not to do their job

  Somehow they can’t give cash from behind the counter despite being a bank. Absolutely ridiculous. Poor customer service.
