- VNVictoria NoguedaSep 30, 20255.0This review rating is for my personal experience with a banker at this location the bank officer that work at this branch Mr Vargas Who helped to clarified an Issue with The wiring service that the bank offert online and I was not able to clarify from September 10 until September the 24 ,2025, Mr Vargas was very focused and when beyon I spected to my perception to provide me with a satisfactory resolution to the confusing transaction and finally giving me a piece of minde...He also helped to rewire the transaccion,which this time was successful.The only set back in this institution is that Make me wait for almost 45 minutes because one of the 4 bankers available which I saw that day wondering arround ,claimed that they had an appointment at the time of my arrival .I believed Mr Vargas was out for lunch.I saw it coming in afther that he took only 15 min to take care of me .I asked my self if he was the only officer available to provide service, because during the time of the transaccion I saw no one coming in for other appoiments to the cubicles.and the rest of the personal excep for the cashier continue just wondering arround to my personal opinion. I want to clarify that I did not had an appointment .overall I am satisfied with Mr Vargas outstanding performance .
