My card was eaten by the ATM at this location about a year ago at this point. this branch called me, I did not go and pick it up. I just ordered a new card. Today the old card tried to get charged in Avondale at El tataki sushi for 66.06

I walked in and was clearly in need of assistance; a banker looked directly at me but didn't even acknowledge my presence or ask if I needed help. I eventually had to seek out other staff members myself while she watched. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here. I expected much better treatment from my bank.
