- DLDawna LewisDec 10, 20251.0Update for the reply: Mary can't help. You've lost a client that withdrew more than a house our of a CD. It's all over but the crying. You're rude. Need training on professionalism and customer service. No work ethic. No help. Rude. I had the unpleasant experience of visiting the Wells Fargo on 35th Ave. and Fillmore. The reason for my visit was to renew a CD that was maturing today. This CD was worth a VERY substantial amount of money. The parking lot was empty and a bit sketchy. I was leary of the neighborhood, but HAD to stop to get this CD in order for me to leave the country same day. There were two greeters and many employees working. Nobody seemed busy at all.. This would literally only taken TEN MINUTES as it did the last time at another They would NOT accommodate my requests. After 40+ years with this bank, I will be taking my money elsewhere. The lack of customer support and appreciation of my loyalty wasn't met at all. We did call the 800 number, closed the CD, am taking my business elsewhere. This was beyond unprofessional and shocking of this company. Avoid this branch period.
