No one asked if I was being helped or offered assistance. This is by far the worst branch I’ve ever visited. I’m glad the staff had time for each other, but not for the customers. UNPROFESSIONAL 0 stars if I could.

I normally would not leave a review but he was so calm, professional and polite that I had to leave review somewhere! Hopefully someone higher up will see this…before today, I actually had an awful experience and was in the stages to transfer my auto loan to another company. Last month I moved, I was extremely sick for 10 days as well as a family member passing. The last thing I wanted to do, while grieving, was call Wells Fargo for a THIRD time! Waste more of my time, to (hopefully) have my $1500 dollar mistake resolved and not become aggravated all over again🙄 Thankfully it was Tom! Lol Not only was my issue resolved, but he took less than 10 minutes to figure it out and have it corrected! I actually got off the phone laughing. Pretty sure the majority of us can agree, it’s usually the opposite. So thank you Tom! Good help is extremely hard to find, especially in customer service. You got a good one Wells Fargo! Kelly
