- GVG VSep 10, 20251.0I am very disappointed with the service I received, specifically from the employee named Hose. I visited this store with the intention of opening a business credit card, after being strongly encouraged to do so by this employee from the business department. I trusted his guidance and followed his advice. However, the outcome was that my application was decline, and, to make matters worse, I received new inquiry without any valid reason.
- LGLo GeJan 31, 20251.0Came in to apply a higher interest rate to a savings account- literally advertised on the screen in the lobby. The teller Said we needed to make an appointment with the banker, who was fully booked. Manager was sitting in his office playing on his cell phone. Useless… Every money market fund at a brokerage is paying half a percent more, creating zero incentive to leave any money at all with Wells Fargo.
- KKKyle KubaskaJan 15, 20201.0Deposited a payroll check into my account. Was told it would clear by the next day for use... Check cleared and showed in my account. 5min later it disappears. Told that a hold was placed on it again and I'd have to wait to call some other number... It was a payroll check from friggin Wells Fargo!!! How are you going to hold a check from your own bank?!?!?! If I knew that this could happen I would have held onto the check and just cashed it... Horrible customer service in the branch and on the phone. Use someone else... Your money will thank you.

His black but shoot best damn customer services i can not explain. Friendly directed and firm. My girl left her card and both him self and another worker found it. Didn't take long. Great job awsome customer service and guys like him self make me want to be part of the branch...but the branch on 44th st and thomas make me think twice of why i don't. You guys rock. 44th st and thomas she can🍆😂💦
