He explained every option clearly, guided us through the process, and was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly the whole time. It wouldn’t even be right to give him five stars—it’s an easy 10 for me! We’ll definitely be back to see him for any future account needs.😁

We arrived at 3:45 and the bank closes at 5. At 4:30 we were told that “it takes an hour and we won’t be able to help you” Very disappointing! So we setup an appointment at a different bank!
