  Zero customer service. I have been with Wells Fargo bank since 1982. In all my accounts with Wells Fargo I'm easily into six figures. I normally do not write checks, maybe three a year. I went in to get 4 or 5 checks just to add in case I needed them. I was told by Fernando that I needed to pay $3.00 per check no matter what my account balance. I explained I have been with Wells Fargo for 48 years and asked if there was some kind of courtesy that they can give do not recharged for the checks. He told me quite plain and simply it doesn't matter how much money I have in the bank they're still going to charge me. I asked if I should just take my money out of Wells Fargo, and go over to Bank of America where I wouldn't be charged to be. His answer, do what you need to do, but if you want to check you have to pay. Right now I am deciding on pulling all my money out and going through a different bank. Tell me, Wells Fargo Bank, why shouldn't I do it?

  Horrible customer service.. lazy and don't want to help out customers. Go to the location on bell these guys treat you like crap

  Walked in was assisted by Jillian right away got me on the wait list. Valued by time and business. Im not too sure reading all the previous negative reviews made me initially go to another location went there and had the most absolute horrible experience. Came to this one since it's down the street from my home. Had a really good experience to say the least
