There was not a single customer being assisted in the bank except for myself and one other gentleman who was at the window. I’m not sure what “booked” means to the employees at Wells Fargo? Regardless, another example of laziness or incompetence or simply not caring. She did offer another appt next week but…that was ridiculous. I’ll stick with my old branch.
