I went in to close a CD, expecting it to be a straightforward process. However, despite there being four tellers available and no other customers in the branch at the time, none were able to assist me. I was told I needed an appointment or that I could walk to another branch up the street for help. It’s baffling that the tellers couldn't handle such a simple request. This feels like a serious lapse in customer service and a lack of proper training for their staff. I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. It’s hard to understand how a major bank can have such limited support for its customers. I expected much better from Wells Fargo.
