For some reason my college sent me a stupid check instead of direct depositing like they usually do....which would be fine....but I'm in Kansas and this bank is in Arizona. I went to get it cashed but this bank has a "policy" that they cant verify a check unless it's a cashiers check. They couldn't even say if it was a good check. So here I am, sitting with a worthless piece of paper in my hands because of their stupid policy. Horrible customer service. Even worse business practice.
