I had a terrible the first i transfer my loan over the location on 6th street this is why i went to the Indian school location. The location on Indian treated well very kond nice and accommodating. It is thw location on 7th stree both time o has a terrible experience. In the beginning I thought Presto was ok company interested rate was a little less. But coming to find out they do not work with are flexible. So glad I will be paying off my loan. These place are not the best. Think again before using these places . The guy i spoke at the collection off was disgusting. Hard coreI thought they were ok at first. I had transfer my account over from another company. They interested rate may be a little lower thats about it. Not flexible at all. Me being a women of color is sold my vehicle to Spanish person really nice guy. He didn't speak that much English I took the truck into the 7thstreet and Hatch location the customer service was not good at all I felt like they thought I was going take advantage of the young man im a belin christ and I treat people the way I want ro be treat the women never came out of her office she talk to me through her office. Ive had experience with them before that why I went to the Indian school location where the young lady's seem nicer. . My experience was not good I pray I never have to deal with again and the manager in the office where tou ask for extension was the worse. Not a good company feom my experience at all.very racially bias very the location at the 7th street. Stay away
